This policy describes how Gizmoplay Ltd ("we", "us") handles information in Prop Drop, including its mobile and web editions. We are responsible for the information we process. App stores, game portals, and advertising providers also process information under their own privacy policies.
Information the game uses
Saved progress and preferences
Completed episodes, stars, scores, in-game coins, unlocked items, and audio preferences are saved so you can continue playing. In the mobile edition, these are stored on your device rather than sent to a Gizmoplay game server. Device backups may include app data according to your operating-system settings.
The game does not ask for your name, email address, payment information, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise GPS location. The mobile edition has no separate gameplay-analytics service. This does not prevent the advertising SDK from processing the information described below.
If you contact support
We receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you choose to send us. We use it to answer your request, troubleshoot a problem, or handle a privacy concern. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Google advertising and consent
The mobile edition uses Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional: you can choose an offer to receive an in-game benefit, such as extra balls or an increased coin reward. Interstitial ads may also appear at natural breaks between levels.
Google's advertising SDK may process:
- Your IP address and an approximate location derived from it.
- Device, app, and operating-system information, plus device or app identifiers available under your settings.
- Ad requests, impressions, video views, clicks, and other interactions associated with advertising.
- Crash, diagnostic, and performance information associated with the SDK.
This information supports ad delivery, frequency limits, measurement, security, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Google and participating advertising providers may process it. Where relevant, those providers are listed in the consent interface.
The game requests non-personalized ads. These ads can still use identifiers, device storage, and other information for purposes such as frequency limits, reporting, and fraud prevention. In the current iOS edition, the game does not request Apple's tracking permission and does not obtain permission to access the advertising identifier (IDFA).
We use Google's User Messaging Platform to collect and remember privacy choices where required. Ad requests depend on the result of that consent process. Your choice can affect whether ads or rewarded offers are available; ordinary gameplay and free retries remain available.

Storage and your choices
App preferences and browser storage remember game progress and settings. Advertising and consent technologies may store or read identifiers and choices on your device. In browser environments, third parties may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar technologies as part of ad delivery.
- Ad privacy: open Settings → Privacy Choices when that option is offered for your region. You can revisit the choices made in the consent interface.
- Device controls: use your operating system's privacy and advertising settings to manage available identifiers and permissions.
- Local saves: removing the app and its data, or clearing the game's browser storage, removes locally stored progress. Offloading an app or restoring a backup may preserve or restore it.
Deleting local data does not automatically delete information already processed by advertising providers, a game portal, or a support service.
Web editions and this website
When you play on Poki or CrazyGames, the hosting portal provides its own advertising and platform services. The game can send loading, gameplay, ad, and progress signals to that portal. The CrazyGames edition uses its platform storage for saved progress; other web editions use browser storage. Portal accounts and platform data are governed by Poki's Privacy Statement or CrazyGames' Privacy Policy, as applicable.
This policy page contains no analytics scripts, embedded advertisements, or third-party fonts. Its hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address, browser information, and access time, to deliver and protect the website.
Use, sharing, and retention
We use information to operate the game, respond to support requests, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Service providers may process information to perform those tasks. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect legal rights and prevent abuse.
We do not sell player information for money. Some privacy laws define "sale" or "sharing" more broadly to include certain advertising activities; available consent and opt-out controls govern the relevant processing.
Local saves remain until removed or replaced. We retain support correspondence only as needed to resolve requests, maintain relevant records, and meet legal requirements. Google and game portals determine retention for the information they process under their policies; we do not control those periods.
Providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, international transfers are protected through applicable legal safeguards, as explained in the relevant provider's policy. We use reasonable safeguards for information under our control, but no system offers absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain advertising uses. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Where European data-protection law applies, we rely on consent for processing that requires it, legitimate interests for activities such as support and security, and legal obligations where applicable. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Contact us to exercise rights concerning information we control. We may need enough information to verify and locate your request, and we will respond within the applicable legal time limits. We cannot identify your local save from your name or email alone. Requests about data independently controlled by Google, a portal, or an app store may need to be made directly to that provider. Exercising privacy rights does not remove access to ordinary gameplay.
Children's privacy
We do not ask children to provide personal details to play. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information through the game or support, please contact us. We will investigate, remove information under our control where appropriate, and help direct requests concerning service-provider data. Parents and guardians can also manage app access and privacy settings through their device's parental controls.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the game's data practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request a new choice before applying a material change.
