Zooma: Marble Shooter · Last updated: 30 August 2026
This policy explains what Zooma: Marble Shooter collects, why, and what you can do about it. The game is published by Gizmoplay Ltd ("we", "us").
| What | Why | Who processes it |
|---|---|---|
| Gameplay statistics — levels started, completed and lost, scores, power-ups used, upgrades bought, in-game currency earned and spent, screens opened | To see which levels are too hard or too easy and to improve the game | Unity Gaming Services |
| A random device identifier generated by the game on first launch | To count players and sessions without knowing who you are | Unity Gaming Services |
| Device and app information — device model, operating system version, app version, language, country, session length | To fix crashes and support the right devices | Unity Gaming Services |
| Purchase records — which product was bought and whether it succeeded | To deliver what you bought and to restore it later | Apple / Google, Unity Gaming Services |
| Achievements and leaderboard scores | To show your progress and rankings | Apple Game Center / Google Play Games |
| Advertising data — device information, IP address (which gives a rough location such as your country), which ads were shown and whether they were watched, and on Android the advertising ID | To show rewarded ads you asked for, cap how often the same ad appears, detect fraud, and measure ad revenue | Unity LevelPlay / ironSource, Unity Ads, Google (consent management) |
The game shows rewarded ads only: short videos you explicitly choose to watch in exchange for an in-game bonus, such as an extra life or a power-up. There are no banner ads and no forced ad breaks. If you never tap a rewarded offer, you never see an ad.
Ads are delivered by Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) mediating the AUnity Ads network. To show an ad, these partners process the data listed in the table above. On iOS the game does not use the advertising identifier and does not show Apple's tracking prompt; ads there are selected from context alone.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the game first shows a consent dialog
(Google's certified consent tool) before any advertising component starts. If you choose
Your saved game — level progress, currency, upgrades and settings — is stored on your device only. It is not uploaded to us and it is not synced between devices. Deleting the app deletes it.
If you allow notifications, the game schedules reminders (for example, when your lives have refilled) on your device itself. We do not run a notification server and we do not collect a notification token. You can turn notifications off in your device settings at any time.
If you sign in to Game Center or Google Play Games, the nickname on that account is shown next to your scores on the leaderboards, where other players can see it. That nickname is set by you in Apple's or Google's settings, not in this game. If you would rather not appear, do not sign in, or change your nickname with Apple or Google.
Open Settings in the game and switch off Share usage data. Collection stops immediately — no restart needed — and nothing further is sent. You can switch it back on whenever you like. If you would like previously collected statistics deleted, contact us at the address below and we will request their removal from Unity.
We use these companies to run the game. Each has its own privacy policy:
The full list of advertising partners that may process data when you watch a rewarded ad is shown inside the consent dialog. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with data brokers.
Gameplay statistics are retained by Unity's analytics service under their standard retention periods and are held in aggregate. Purchase records are kept for as long as needed to honour restores and to meet accounting and tax obligations.
Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR in the UK and EU, or the CCPA in California — you may have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use it. Because the statistics we collect are tied to a random identifier rather than to you personally, we may need you to provide that identifier to act on a request. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within the time limits the law requires.
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and change the date at the top before that version is released.
If you have a question about this policy, or want to exercise any of the rights above, email us and we will get back to you.
